SENIORS SECTION
We have a thriving Seniors Section who hold competitions throughout the year as well as weekly competitions in addition to major club competitions.

The Seniors Section is a large and vibrant part of our Golf Club.
On the playing side we have monthly medals for handicapping, usually on the first Wednesday of the month and social games on the other Wednesdays including Texas Scrambles and Secret Partners. Mondays and Fridays are other social days, well attended.
We play approximately 20 team matches against other clubs on a home and away basis each year including clubs not only from Leicestershire but from Warwickshire, Rutland and Nottinghamshire.
We have a Seniors Open each year and in 2012 this will take place on Wednesday 20th June with a good prize table and refreshments on the 10th tee. This event is always well attended and early entry is advised.
Green Fees & Membership
Season Tickets are available from Leicester City Council for over 60’s at concessionary rates for 5 day and 7 day playing rites.
Membership rates for the Golf Club are for 12 months and at the moment are set at £90 per year for over 65’s and £95 for under 65’s. Total cost for one year will be around £400 for 5 day concessionary Members.
